| URAT1（SLC22A12 基因编码）是肾脏近曲小管上皮细胞顶膜的有机阴离子转运蛋白， 主要介导尿酸盐的重吸收，顺利获得钠离子依赖性协同转运机制将肾小管腔中的尿酸盐逆向转 运至细胞内，维持血清尿酸稳态。其基因位于 11 号染色体长臂，编码含 553 个氨基酸的跨 膜蛋白，结构含 12 个跨膜螺旋，底物结合口袋由苯丙氨酸残基构成，特异性识别尿酸。 | |
